Login and Registration

When the app starts, you will be greeted with a username and password screen. At this point, if you already have a Scorbit user account or created one through the website, enter it here. If you haven't registered, click the REGISTER button at the bottom. If you have an account but can't remember the username or password, click FORGOT.

If you need to register, you will be taken to the new user registration screen. It will ask you for a valid email address, a unique username, and a password. When you click the REGISTER button, it will tell you that you must validate your email address to continue.

Safety Tip: You should check your email inbox immediately and click on the provided link to verify the account. After which, you may be instructed in to login again. If you do not verify your email address with 48 hours, your account will be disabled until you do so.

Once you login the first time, we strongly encourage you to visit the Account Menu, Profile and Settings to customize your experience, such as uploading a profile photo! Scorbit is way more fun when you've added people to follow and set up your Display Name and avatar. To figure out what is where, proceed to the next section, Home Screen.
